Hourly and term billing
Hourly servers are metered and charged against your wallet, with a minimum of 1 hour per server. Monthly and longer terms raise an invoice each cycle at a lower rate; for example the monthly term costs 30% less than the hourly list, and the annual term 44% less.
Pay an invoice
Billing lists your invoices with their status. For an open invoice you can choose Use wallet, which pays it fully or partly from your balance, or Pay now to pay it online. Tax invoices carry GST; top-up receipts are proforma documents without GST. Your GSTIN is printed on invoices once it is saved on the account.
UPI AutoPay
On an eligible invoice the panel offers UPI AutoPay. You approve a mandate in your bank or UPI app, this invoice is paid, and each renewal is charged automatically at a discount, which the invoice shows as a separate Autopay discount line after the first charge arrives. The panel never debits your wallet by itself for an autopay order, so you choose how to pay each time until the mandate is active.
- Approval can take a few minutes. Do not pay the invoice separately while it is pending, because approving the mandate pays it.
- Cancel autopay from Billing or from your UPI app. The server keeps running and renews from your wallet at the regular price.
Stopped servers and IPs
A powered-off server still holds its disk and reserved IP, so it is billed a reduced hourly amount: ₹0.61 per hour on the smallest plan, and a reserved IP is ₹0.50 per hour. Terminate the server if you no longer need either.
Cancel a service
Cancel at period end on a server's Billing tab lets the paid term finish. Terminate now ends it immediately; the page first shows what you keep or what an early end costs, and the data is deleted permanently.
Running low
When the balance runs low the dashboard warns you, and services suspend after a grace period if it reaches zero. They recover automatically when a payment lands.
