How it works
1. Order and deploy
Pick a plan or build your own size, pay, and the server is live in under a minute after eKYC. The guarantee clock starts at that first payment.
2. Test it for real
Run your workload, move your data, benchmark the NVMe and the network. Use the server as you would in production; the hours you consume are not deducted.
3. Not for you? Ask
Open Billing in the panel and choose the money-back guarantee, or email support from your registered address, any time inside the window. No form, no reason required.
4. Money back in 5 to 7 working days
We decide within one working day and refund the full first order to the original payment method. UPI and cards usually land within a week.

What happens to your account
Services stop
The refund empties the wallet, so every server, cluster and add-on on the account stops and is deleted. Download anything you need before you ask.
Promotional credit is withdrawn
Welcome credit and recharge bonus were tied to the first payment, so they leave with it. Nothing you paid is kept.
Your account stays
The account and its eKYC remain valid. Come back later and deploy again; only the guarantee itself is one per customer.
A credit note on the invoice
The GST tax invoice of the first order gets a credit note for the refunded amount, so your books and input credit stay clean.
The fine print, in plain words
The binding wording is in the refund policy and the terms of service; this page is the short version.
- One guarantee per customer (person or business), on the first payment only; a second account for the same person or company does not start a new one.
- The request must reach us within the window, from the panel or from the email address on the account.
- Refunds go only to the original payment method; we cannot pay a different card, account or wallet.
- Usage of products outside the guarantee (S3, AI API tokens, app hosting, Tally) inside the window is deducted from the refund.
- Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud or a payment dispute are not eligible; raising a chargeback instead of asking us voids the guarantee.
- After the window, the normal refund policy applies: hourly usage is billed in arrears and the unused part of a term converts to wallet credit on cancellation.
Money-back guarantee questions
What exactly do I get back?
The full amount you paid for your first order, to the payment method you paid with (UPI, card, net-banking, PayPal). We do not deduct the gateway charge or the hours you used inside the window; that part is on us.
Which products are covered?
Every cloud server and VPS plan (Linux, Windows, Forex and Algo, gaming, custom builds from the configurator) and managed Kubernetes, on any term including hourly. S3 object storage, AI API tokens, app hosting and Tally on cloud are not covered; if you used them in the window, that usage is deducted from the refund.
Is it really 7 days from my first payment, or from deployment?
From the first payment. The clock starts when your first order is paid, whether you deploy the server a minute later or two days later. The request must reach us before the window closes.
How do I claim it?
In the panel open Billing and choose the money-back guarantee, or email support from the email address on your account. No form, no reason required; a line on why you are leaving helps us improve.
How quickly is the money back?
We decide within one working day. The refund then takes 5 to 7 working days to reach your bank, card, UPI app or PayPal balance, depending on the payment provider.
What happens to my servers and wallet?
The refund empties the wallet, so every service on the account stops and the servers are deleted (deleted servers stay in the Server Vault for the usual retention period). Welcome credit and any recharge bonus are withdrawn with the refund.
Can I use the guarantee more than once?
No. One guarantee per customer, person or business, on the first payment only. A second account for the same person or company is not a new first order.
I topped up more than my first server cost. What is refunded?
The amount of the first order, in full. Unused wallet balance from that same first payment is refunded with it; later top-ups follow the normal refund policy.
Does the guarantee change hourly billing?
No. Hourly servers are still billed per started hour from the wallet. The guarantee simply means that if you ask within the window, the first payment comes back in full, including the hours you consumed.
