Terms of service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and BLAZING BULLET PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62099UP2023PTC188174, GSTIN 09AALCB8905B1ZO), D-62, Phase 2, Sector 80, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305, India ("we", "us", the "Company"), operating the cloud services portal "BookMyHost". By creating an account or using any service you accept these terms.
1. Eligibility and account registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
- All registration, billing and GST information you provide must be accurate and kept current.
- Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before services are provisioned. Indian customers verify via email plus Aadhaar/DigiLocker (individuals) or GSTIN (businesses); international customers verify via email plus a government-issued identity document. We may refuse or revoke service where verification fails or appears fraudulent.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, enabling available protections (such as two-factor authentication), and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
2. The services
We provide self-service cloud infrastructure: virtual compute, S3-compatible object storage, and AI model access ("MaaS"), each as described on the order page at the time of purchase. Services are unmanaged infrastructure: we operate the platform up to the boundary of your virtual machine, bucket or API key; the operating system, applications and data inside them are your responsibility.
Service level: we target 99.5% monthly network and host availability per service, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where practicable) and events outside our reasonable control. Your sole remedy for missing the target is a service credit of one day's fees for that service per full hour of qualifying downtime, capped at 50% of that service's monthly fee, claimed within 30 days.
3. Billing, taxes and payment
- Prepaid wallet. Services draw from your wallet balance. Top-ups are acknowledged with a proforma receipt; a GST tax invoice is issued for consumed services. Wallet credit is not transferable between accounts.
- Metering. Hourly services are metered per allocated hour (part-hours round up). Cycle services (monthly and longer) renew automatically until cancelled.
- GST. Prices exclude GST unless stated. Indian customers are charged CGST/SGST or IGST as applicable; supplies to customers outside India are zero-rated exports. Providing a wrong or lapsed GSTIN is your responsibility.
- Non-payment. When your wallet cannot cover due charges: services enter a grace period, are then suspended, and are terminated (with data deletion) if the balance is not restored within the notified window. An overdue invoice may attract a one-time late fee.
- Refunds. Unused wallet balance is refundable on written request to the original payment method, less payment-gateway charges; consumed or metered usage, and completed cycle periods, are not refundable. Refunds against tax invoices are issued with a credit note.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the services to:
- break any law of India or of the jurisdiction you operate from, or host content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual-property rights;
- send unsolicited bulk mail, run phishing pages, distribute malware, or operate command-and-control infrastructure;
- attack, scan or disrupt any network or system (including ours), spoof source addresses, or launch or facilitate denial-of-service attacks;
- mine cryptocurrency, or resell raw capacity, except with our prior written consent;
- host or transmit child sexual abuse material — this results in immediate termination and mandatory reporting to authorities.
We may suspend a service immediately where it is attacking others, is compromised, or exposes us to legal liability, and will notify you when we do. We cooperate with CERT-In and law-enforcement requests made under Indian law.
5. Your data, backups and compliance records
- You own your content and data. We only access it to operate the platform, on your instruction, or as the law requires.
- Backups are your responsibility unless you purchase a backup product. Terminated services and their data are deleted and are not recoverable.
- As an Indian infrastructure provider we retain subscriber and KYC information for 5 years after account closure and system/access logs for 180 days, as directed by CERT-In — see the Privacy Policy.
6. Cancellation and termination
- You may cancel any service immediately or at the end of its paid period from the panel. Cancelling mid-period does not refund the remainder of a paid cycle.
- We may terminate for material breach of these terms, for non-payment as per clause 3, or on 30 days' notice if we discontinue a product.
- Identity, billing and invoice records are retained after termination as required by law; everything else is deleted.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the services are provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data; and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms with at least 15 days' notice by email or panel notification; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If any clause is held invalid, the rest survive. Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
