Double your first recharge
Where this offer is on, your first wallet top-up that meets the minimum is matched with promotional credit of the same amount, up to a cap, once per account. For an account billed in US dollars the top-up is converted to rupees at the billing rate to apply the minimum and the cap. The Add funds form shows the bonus beside the amount you type.
- Eligible: accounts that arrived with the promo code, typed it on the Add funds page, or signed up from an advertisement. The offer can also be opened to every account.
- The bonus is promotional credit. It is spent before your own balance, carries no GST, cannot be withdrawn and is not transferable.
- Unspent bonus credit is removed from the wallet after a set number of days. The Billing page lists it as promotional credit that expired.
- A refund of the top-up withdraws the bonus. A chargeback or dispute removes the unspent bonus at once and places the account on hold until it is settled.
- The minimum, the cap and the validity period are stated in the terms and can change.
Welcome credit
After your verification is complete, a promotional welcome credit is added to your wallet, once per person. The amount can differ by how you signed up, and the wallet shows how much of the balance is free credit and the date it expires. It can pay for anything the wallet pays for, including hourly running time. It stacks with the recharge bonus.
Coupon codes
Coupon codes apply to orders on a monthly or longer term, not to hourly metering. Enter the code on the order page. A percentage code reduces each eligible line and a fixed code takes an amount off the order. GST is charged on the discounted amount. A code may have a start and end date, a usage limit and a once-per-account rule, and the order page tells you if a code does not apply.
Where to check the current terms
The panel shows the live bonus on Add funds and the welcome credit on Billing. The terms hold the full conditions, and bonus already credited keeps the terms it was granted under.
