Add funds in a few steps
You can add funds at any time from the panel.
- Open Add funds
Choose + Add funds at the top right of any page, or open Billing from the left menu.
- Pick an amount
Choose a preset or type your own. The page states the minimum top-up, and the pay button reads Minimum if your amount is lower.
- Pay
Pay with Cashfree by UPI, debit or credit card or net banking. Accounts billed in US dollars pay with PayPal, using a PayPal balance or a card.
- Check the balance
The wallet updates within a minute and a receipt appears under Billing, in Invoices.
Receipts and GST
Every top-up produces a proforma receipt. GST is not charged when you add money; it is charged when the credit is spent on a service, and the tax invoice for that service shows it. Read GST billing for the invoice details.
An unpaid top-up receipt is not a debt. It is cancelled automatically after its due date, so start a fresh Add funds if one is left over.
If you are short on an order
The wallet must cover the whole order, including GST, before a server is built. If the order page says you are short, it sends you to Billing with the exact shortfall filled in, so you only pay that amount. Your server is then set up automatically.
Bonus credit and promo codes
Some top-ups earn promotional credit. If your account is eligible, the Add funds form shows the bonus beside the amount, and a Promo code box appears when a code could apply. Promotional credit is spent before your own money and is never refunded as cash. The full rules are in promos and offers and the terms.
What the balance shows
Billing shows your balance, your recent daily spend and an estimate of how many days the balance lasts at that rate. Add funds before it reaches zero: services suspend after a grace period, and they recover automatically when a payment lands.
