This policy explains how cancellations, credits and refunds work for services bought from BLAZING BULLET PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62099UP2023PTC188174, GSTIN 09AALCB8905B1ZO), D-62, Phase 2, Sector 80, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305, India, through the "BookMyHost" cloud portal. It summarises clauses 3 and 6 of our Terms of service, which govern if the two ever differ.

1. What you pay for

Cloud servers, VPS and app hosting are digital services. Nothing is shipped; a service is delivered the moment it is provisioned, usually within minutes of payment.
Prepaid wallet. Payments made through the payment gateway (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are credited to your prepaid wallet, and services draw from that balance. Every payment is acknowledged with a receipt and consumed services are billed on a GST tax invoice.
Pricing is shown before you pay. Hourly rates, monthly and longer-term prices and any minimum term are displayed on the order page and on our pricing page, in Indian rupees, with GST added at checkout.

2. Cancelling a service

You can cancel any service yourself from the panel at any time, either immediately or at the end of the period you have paid for. No ticket or phone call is needed.
Monthly and longer terms. Cancel before the paid period ends and the unused part of that period is credited back to your wallet in full, prorated to the second, with a GST credit note against the invoice that paid for it. Cancel at the period end and you use the time you have already paid for, so nothing is credited.
Hourly services. Hourly servers are metered per allocated hour and are not prepaid, so there is nothing to return. If a minimum term was shown on the order page, the unused hours of that term remain payable, once.
The panel shows the exact credit or charge before you confirm a cancellation.

3. Refunds to your payment method

Unused wallet balance that you paid for is refundable. Write to [email protected] from your registered email with the amount you want refunded. We refund to the original payment method through the payment gateway, less the gateway's non-refundable processing charge, and issue a credit note where a tax invoice was raised.
Timeline. Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of your request and normally reach your bank, card or UPI account within 5 to 7 working days after that, depending on your bank.
Not refundable in money: consumed or metered usage, promotional or welcome credit, cancellation credit (which is wallet credit by design), and setup or licence fees that were stated as non-refundable at order.
Duplicate or failed payments. If a payment was debited but your wallet was not credited, or you were charged twice, tell us at [email protected] with the transaction reference. Confirmed duplicates are refunded in full, including gateway charges, within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Automatic payments (UPI AutoPay)

Monthly plans can be paid through a UPI AutoPay mandate. You can pause or cancel the mandate from the panel's billing page or from your UPI app at any time; cancelling the mandate stops future debits and does not by itself cancel the service.
A mandate debit for a period you then cancel is credited to your wallet under clause 2 and is refundable under clause 3 like any other paid balance.

5. Suspension, termination and disputes

Services suspended or terminated for non-payment or for breach of the acceptable-use rules in the Terms of service are not refunded; any remaining wallet balance that you paid for stays refundable under clause 3.
Please contact [email protected] before raising a chargeback. Chargebacks on services that were delivered are contested with the provisioning and usage records, and the account is suspended while the dispute is open.
