Each resource has a monthly list price. We divide it by 730 (the average hours in a month) to get the hourly rate, and meter every running VM per started hour. A VM that runs the full month on hourly billing costs exactly the list price.

Choosing a monthly plan instead of hourly takes 30% off the list price for that VM. Quarterly, 6, 12, 24 and 36-month terms then take a further 5%, 10%, 20%, 30% or 50% off that monthly plan price.

Yes. Use the ₹ / $ switch in the menu to see prices in dollars. USD accounts are invoiced from a USD price list; Indian customers are billed in rupees with GST.

One IPv4 address, a 1 Gbps port, Cloudflare Magic Transit DDoS protection, one snapshot per VM, the panel and API, VNC console, and inbound traffic. Outbound traffic has a fair-use allowance per plan.

Every 100 GB block includes 50,000 PUT and GET requests per month. Beyond that, requests are ₹5 per 1,000. Transfer between your VMs and buckets inside our network is free.

On hourly billing, a stopped VM is billed for its NVMe disk and reserved IP only. Plans on a term are prepaid, so stopping does not change the charge.

Yes. Upgrades are charged pro-rata for the remaining term at the same discount. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added on the invoice for Indian customers; a GSTIN on your account lets you claim input credit.

Any time. Converting an hourly VM to a monthly or longer plan keeps the VM, its IP and its disk — only the billing changes from the next hour.

The VM renews on the same term at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We email a reminder 14 days ahead.

Hourly usage is billed in arrears, so there is nothing to refund. Term plans can be cancelled within 72 hours of the first purchase for a full refund.
