VPS pricing questions
How is hourly billing calculated?
Each resource has a monthly list price. We divide it by 730 to get the hourly rate and meter every running VM per started hour. A full month on hourly billing costs exactly the list price. Each hour is counted to a fraction of a paisa (or a cent in USD) and the usage for the month is rounded once, on the total, never hour by hour.
What does the monthly plan discount apply to?
A monthly plan is 30% below hourly list. Quarterly, 6, 12, 24 and 36-month terms take a further 5%, 10%, 20%, 30% or 50% off the monthly plan price.
Why is vCPU cheap while RAM costs more?
Because memory is the scarce resource on a cloud host, not processor time, so we price it that way. A vCPU is ₹90 a month at list (₹63 on a monthly plan), RAM is ₹130 per GB (₹91) and NVMe is ₹4 per GB (₹2.80). You save the most by building a CPU-heavy server with only the RAM you actually need: on the Build page extra cores cost little, and you never pay for memory you will not use.
Is there a minimum billing period?
Hourly servers are billed per started hour, with a minimum of 1 hour from the moment the server is built; past that you pay only for the hours the server actually ran, and the panel shows the amount before you confirm. Monthly and longer plans are billed for the term instead — cancel early and the unused part comes back as wallet credit.
What if I cancel a monthly or yearly plan early?
You get the unused part back. Cancel before the period ends and we credit the remainder to your wallet in full, prorated to the second, with a GST credit note against the invoice that paid for it. The panel shows the exact amount before you confirm. The credit is wallet credit — spendable on anything here, not paid back to a card or bank. Hourly servers are billed per started hour (minimum one hour) and are not prepaid, so there is nothing to credit; delete one and the charge stops at that hour, apart from any minimum term shown on the order page.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added at checkout and on the invoice for Indian customers.
Is bandwidth metered?
No. There is no bandwidth line on the rate card. Inbound traffic is free and outbound runs on a fair-use allowance per plan on a 1 Gbps port. Attack traffic never counts against you — it is scrubbed by Cloudflare Magic Transit before it reaches us.
Can my business claim GST input credit on this?
Yes. Add your GSTIN to the account and every tax invoice carries it with the CGST/SGST or IGST split, matching what appears in your GSTR-2B. That is 18% you cannot recover from a foreign cloud invoice paid on a card.
How do your prices compare with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure in Mumbai?
Same vCPU, RAM and NVMe typically costs a fraction of the hyperscaler list price, and the IPv4, DDoS scrubbing and snapshots they charge extra for are included here. The Compare page puts the numbers side by side in rupees and has a calculator for your exact size.
Do you back up my server? What does Server Backup cost?
Backups are an optional add-on. Server Backup is ₹99 per server per month for 7 daily and 7 weekly restore points (₹9 per extra point), with the first 100 GB of backup storage free per account, and it includes Vault Protect. Vault Protect alone is ₹49 a month: a deleted server is kept 90 days and restoring it is free; without it, restoring a deleted server costs ₹980. Both are billed hourly from your wallet and need at least one payment on the account. Without either, nothing can be restored if the disk fails, the OS breaks or files are deleted.
