Install starts the Penpot frontend, backend, exporter, PostgreSQL and Valkey. Open the app address and register the first account, then create a team and invite people.

Which plan does it need?
Pro. Penpot runs several services together and needs more than the 1 GB Starter plan.
Can I import Figma files?
Not directly. Penpot opens its own files and SVG; there are community tools for moving Figma designs.
How does one-click install work?
Choose an app from the store, pick the app server to put it on, and click Install. It gets its own HTTPS address, its passwords are generated for you and shown once, and it is live in a minute or two.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on paid plans. Add the domain in the panel, point a CNAME at the address it shows, and the certificate is issued and renewed automatically. Hobby apps use their *.apps.bookmyhost.com address.
Where does my app run?
On BookMyHost servers in our Noida datacentre, on our own network, behind Cloudflare Magic Transit DDoS protection. Paid plans get a private VM of their own; the data stays in India.
