Install starts Chatwoot, its background worker, PostgreSQL and Redis. Open the app address and create the first administrator account and your company, then add an inbox (website widget, email or a channel) and invite your agents.

Can I connect WhatsApp?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Cloud API from Meta (you need a Meta business account and a number) or a supported provider. The connection runs over HTTPS.
Which plan does it need?
Pro. Chatwoot runs a web server and a background worker next to PostgreSQL and Redis, which needs more than the 1 GB Starter plan.
Can it send email replies?
Outbound SMTP on ports 25, 465 and 587 is blocked on BMH Apps. Use a mail provider that accepts SMTP on port 2525 for outgoing mail.
How does one-click install work?
Choose an app from the store, pick the app server to put it on, and click Install. It gets its own HTTPS address, its passwords are generated for you and shown once, and it is live in a minute or two.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on paid plans. Add the domain in the panel, point a CNAME at the address it shows, and the certificate is issued and renewed automatically. Hobby apps use their *.apps.bookmyhost.com address.
