The three plans and their prices
- Tally Shared: ₹349 per user per month from a single user, browser access on a shared Tally server. Ready in minutes.
- Tally Dedicated: ₹449 per user per month on your own server, billed for at least 5 users; the per-user rate drops at larger head-counts.
- Tally Windows RDP: ₹599 per user per month on a dedicated Windows Server with mstsc access; 2 users are included and the Remote Desktop licence for further users is built into the price.
What is included in the per-user price
Server capacity sized for the number of users, TallyPrime installed, a personal login per user with optional two-factor authentication, nightly backups with self-service restore, remote printing to the user's own printer, Cloudflare Magic Transit DDoS protection, a GST tax invoice in rupees and ticket plus WhatsApp support. Nothing on the Tally on Cloud page is an add-on.
What is not included
- The TallyPrime licence. Silver and Gold are sold by Tally Solutions and its partners; you activate your serial inside TallyPrime.
- GST at 18 percent, shown on the invoice and claimable as input tax credit by a registered business.
- Head-counts above the plan maximum, which are quoted individually.
How other providers price Tally on cloud
Most Indian providers publish a single-user monthly price and a per-user rate for teams, and some sell a fixed server for a stated number of users instead. The comparison table on the product page lists published prices at one, five and ten users with the date each was checked and a link to the source, and shows "not published" where a provider does not state a figure. Figures there are list prices; a quotation may differ.
Yearly billing and changes in head-count
Yearly billing is discounted at checkout. Users can be added or removed any time; the change is prorated on the next invoice. There is no setup fee and no lock-in on monthly billing.
