# Tickets and support on BookMyHost

Source: https://bookmyhost.com/guides/tickets-and-support-bookmyhost (updated 2026-10-18)

Support at BookMyHost runs through tickets in the panel, so every message about your account is kept in one place. This guide shows how to open a ticket, what to include and how to follow it.

## Open a ticket

Open Tickets in the panel and start a new ticket. Add a short subject, choose a priority of Low, Normal or High, describe the issue and attach files such as screenshots.

1. **Describe what happened** Say what you did, what you expected and any error message, and name the server or invoice involved.
2. **Pick a priority** Use High for an outage. Normal fits most questions.
3. **Attach evidence** A screenshot of the error or the payment usually saves a round trip.

## Follow and reply

Each ticket has a number and a thread. Replies from our team appear in the thread, and you can answer from the same page with attachments. Close a ticket from its page when the problem is solved; you can open a new one at any time.

## Other ways to reach us

The contact page lists the other channels. Payment and account questions are best raised as a ticket so the thread stays with your account.

## Before you open one

For a server that does not respond, check the live status on the server page, try the browser console and look at Activity for recent actions. For a payment, check Billing for the receipt first.
